Yes! You are welcome to bring an adult guest (21+) to Platinum Club and their stay will be covered along with yours. We ask that you only bring another Adobe employee if that person is a spouse or domestic partner.

No. Platinum Club is an adults-only team-building business event, we ask that you do not bring children (no exceptions).

You will receive two economy-class round-trip tickets from your home city to Athens, Greece, four nights’ stay at the Four Seasons, meals as outlined in the agenda and two hosted activities of your choice (to be selected at the time of registration) for you and your guest. You will need to provide a credit card to cover any additional costs above and beyond the program events and activities.

Please note that winners must be a current Adobe employee in good standing at the time of the event in order to be eligible to participate.

Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Astir Palace is unable to accommodate pre or post extensions. However, please see the Travel page for other recommended hotels in the area. Please note that all costs related to extensions are at your own expense.

A registration link will be sent to all invited attendees where you will register for the program, hotel, and air travel. Once you have completed your registration, the Platinum Club Travel Team will reach out within 5 business days with your proposed itinerary. If the plan meets your approval, you are required to provide written approval (via email) to the travel team within 24 hours. For additional travel information, please refer to the Travel page.

A valid passport is required for travel into, and out of, Greece. Your passport MUST be valid for six (6) months past your scheduled date of departure from Greece. The name on your passport MUST exactly match your airline tickets or you may be denied boarding, asked to pay a fee, or asked to purchase a new ticket by your carrier.

A visa may be required for your travel. Please contact your local embassy or consulate for the most updated information. Be sure to check not only your destination but also your connecting cities/countries for transit-visa requirements.

Travel restrictions and requirements due to COVID-19 are continuously evolving and vary from country to country, state to state and, sometimes, even from city to city. For this reason, it is impossible to ensure that information provided on this website is kept accurate and up to date for all countries. Therefore, it is each traveler’s responsibility to research and stay abreast of all governmental requirements for entry and exit for their home country/state/city, and any/all countries/states they may be transiting through.

At this time there are no COVID-19 travel restrictions in place for Greece. We will continue to monitor the local guidance around COVID-19 and will update the website as needed. Please continue to check back for the most up-to-date information.

Platinum Club is hosting one group activity for you and your guest on Tuesday, May 9, and one activity of your choice for you and your guest on Wednesday, May 10. If you are interested in a pay-on-your-own activity on Thursday, May 11th you can opt-in during your program registration and pay online. Otherwise, Thursday is a day at leisure.

Buy-in activities will be charged to the credit card you provide during registration the week following the cancellation deadline of February 15, 2023. Pricing will be based on the current exchange rate at the time of the charge. Please note, a personal credit card is required; we ask that you do not use your Adobe company card for this charge. Charges for buy-in activities will appear on your credit card statement as Enterprise Events Group.

The Platinum Club event is an incentive provided to certain Adobe employees which is required to be reported as taxable wages to the respective employee. The taxes on these taxable earnings are reimbursed by Adobe. Both the Platinum Club taxable earnings and respective taxes covered by Adobe are reflected in the employee’s W-2 as an increase to taxable wages and taxes contributed by Adobe.
